Choosing is the hard part now.

The field keeps growing, but what people actually use stays narrow. Most projects run on the same short list, although the options are rapidly expanding and improving.

Research & exploration

AI helps me move faster and explore more ideas, but the final design decisions, refinement, and execution come from me as the designer.

Concept development

I share the filled out questionnaire from my client and start by asking AI to help me list out direct and adjacent competitors. Then I ask it to help me conduct research on those brands and the overall industry...

Competitive research

Overall, the AI worked as a creative interlocutor: a tool for contrasting ideas, exploring options, and resolving technical doubts.

Strategy validation

I used Claude and ChatGPT less for drafting and more as a strategic critique tool, pressure-testing positioning, poking holes in messaging, and checking if a brand story actually held up before I finalized it.

Creative review

After completing the designs, I also used AI as a second set of eyes to check whether the ads aligned with the original brief before delivering them to the client.
